B'Spoilt Beauty Salon (Ltd)

I have been a client at B'Spoilt now for a few years & everytime I visit I receive the same excellent service no mater what treatment. The girls are always accommodationg, friendly & professional. They also offer vouchers so you can spoil someone else which make great presents. All in all an absolutely brilliant salon

This is the worst place I've ever been.This place was a bad salon, first they didn’t have my choice of colours and second they didn’t do nail art. I was very disappointed with that but I went with red and silver instead. Then I get my brows done and waxed and after when I got home I reached for the side of my head and still feel the sticky wax. They also didn't wax my mum's brows properly and over tinted it so there was a small black box above her brows. But as we were about to pay, she grabbed my mums bag and took her card out of her wallet and payed. As soon as we were finished my mum asked her how I was going to put my coat on while the nails were still wet, she didn’t even bother to dry my nails even though there was a nail dryer right beside her. Overall this is the worst experience I have ever had.

Another fantastic experience here. Suzanne managed to get us in at short notice to her. My daughter had her nails done for her birthday and they look amazing. Great value too. Would highly recommend.

I had my nails done here for the first time. Rhi was very good supportive with advice too as i'm trying to grow my nails. Have already booked my next appointment.
