I always come here for my full body wax she’s amazing and deals with me in a friendly and polite manner, always happy to help she makes a great cup of tea and the whole environment is just a lovely place to be in, my skin is left feeling extra smooth!!

Sameena is very skilled, is professional and keeps the need of clients at priority.

I would like to give it 5 stars. She is very professional, she sanitizes her hands between clients and is attentive to detail. It is the first time I have done this with thread and I have been delighted. I went to reshape my eyebrows, but... she left many differences between them. I did not notice that until I arrived home. Anyway I'll go again to Missy Brow´s Studio and hopefully I can get more similar eyebrows from each other next time, then I will give the 5 stars!

I had my back waxed for the first time ever, and she was so supportive throughout the process as I had a lot of hair to remove. Thank you for being so kind and understanding with my reactions.

Had cluster lashes done here, she initially said it was £20, then as they were uneven as she was rushing them to get other walk in clients eyebrows done, it went up to £25 as she had to use more of the eyelashes to even out what she had done in a rush. She quoted theyd last 3 weeks if I looked after them, I've covered them everytime I showered and havent been rubbing my eyes. This morning I ended up just dissolving the glue as they had got so uneven they just looked naff, they looked awful after I got them done but felt like I was getting in the way as she was rushing them and the other customers were moaning theyd been waiting making me feel uncomfortable. The glue stung when she put it on my eyes and youre not supposed to feel the glue after the application but I could feel every single bit as she layered it on so thick. Do not go here to get lashes done - price reflects the service you got. Nice lady but she was obviously just lying through her teeth. Never coming back here or to Newport to get any beauty, I'll stick to Cardiff prices thanks!

Missy brows has got to be one of the best places to go to have your eyebrows done, superb service an she doesn't charge you a fortune as do some places would recommend this place time an time again
