This place is outstanding! I was getting gel nails done today and the lady tried her best to squeeze me in, also when you go to a nail bar the workers can be quite rude and arrogant and won’t care if they hurt you this lady was the opposite of this she was so friendly and up to a good conversation. She touched my cutical and it didn’t even hurt yet she was so apologetic that was lovely. I am absolutely returning here. Strongly recommend to!

Went there and to remove outer hairs of my eyebrows and asked not to thin my eyebrows to much as they previously did.And despite time saying this and her still making them thin she messed them up as they were uneven.this shop used to be great however now there is new staff and it is not so great :(

My friend went here and her eye is stuck together, she is now in a lot of pain,the eyelash extensions she had were not real extensions and were clumps and she has glue stuck in her eyes.many of these “extensions” have already fallen out though the glue is still stuck to her real eyelashes

Ruined my eyebrows. Specifically told the worker to do it a certain way and she messed them up. Wouldn’t recommend at all

Absolutely poor the lady had a face of a "I don't want to come into work" no smile nothing. I said I want a tidy up of my brows not reshape! Once finishes I couldn't believe she took my thick shape out and left me with patches and cuts!!! I said I won't be paying and explained why she just looked at me and said "so you're not going to pay?" Well of course I aint paying someone for ruining my brows!!! Rung head office but I bet they won't wanswer! I went here few weeks ago a lovely lady did my brows to exact how I wanted but never again I'll go miss brows instead

I’ve been coming here ever since the first day they opened I had my eyebrows done by a few different women there and they’ve been great but I can honestly say that Layla did them the perfect!! She made me feel like a whole new woman I’m in love this is the reason I will always and only ever go here! The price is amazing especially with the service you get aswell they’re amazing at what they do and they do it with an amazing attitude I adore this shop and will only go to them for as long as they’re around I absolutely love the store and LOVE LAYLA💜never have my eyebrows looked this amazing!

Turned up and waited over an hour with my baby just wanting my Eyebrows done. This sign was a lie the shop was closed from 12.45 to at least 2pm. There is no lunch break on opening times. Disappointed is an understatement

This place used to be great now, however not so much.
Not the cleanest establishment and the girls look miserable and bored. Not exactly welcoming.
Having been to other eyebrow bars, I now realise there is no passion here. My eyebrows are noticeably different after coming here much more so than anywhere else. I’d definitely only visit out of desperation as there are limited places around here.
