Nice and friendly staff. Charlotte and her trainees are very professional and they offer creative nail design which stand out from their competitors in Newport. Prices are good too.

I had the Eyelash Lift and Tint with Nafisa. And paid £65 just to have my left Eyelashes burnt 😡
They are literally frizzy, shorter than b4 and curled. Very unprofessional!!!!!

I have been going to Charlotte for years to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted so when I decided to have something more permanent like micro blading, there is no one else I would trust. I have had the treatment today and absolutely LOVE my new brows! Charlotte as ever was professional and informative and always has incredible attention to detail. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I always come away from @28 ready for the world again. In particular because of Natalie one of the therapists she is warm and bubbly and makes the whole experience lovely for me I'm a returning customer just because of her not to mention the miracle she has performed on my nails, my nails always brake and now they are the longest and strongest they have ever been and the nail art she does on my nails is amazing! Would definitely recommend!

Nail file been used for me and next customer without any desinfection or changing for newone,.Employee constantly texting and take private calls and stopped works which was very uncomfortable, Polish been done with very poore quality.. I don't recomend to anybody because you risk your health

I've been to the salon 3 times now. All the staff are so kind, everyone is so warm and they all have a laugh. It feels like a non judgemental space as well which is important to me. I've had two waxes with Natalie and one with Jodie. I've had lovely conversations with both. They've both done an amazing job.
The only thing is, the wax really needs to be changed! The three waxes I've had have taken longer than 45 minutes as the wax doesn't get hot enough and it gets stuck in the bottles. When the wax tries to be applied it get stuck which then pulls on the hairs and it's painful. It gets the job done but the wax would be quicker if another method was used.
They both manage to remove everything but the wax also leaves sticky marks all over, even after lotion. Please consider changing the wax/ ditching those bottles!
