I have been a regular at Edith Mai for almost two years now. Tracey and her team are professional and super nice. I have the CACI treatments regularly, and the microneedling, and my skin looks better than ever. I am often told I look five years younger than my real age. The cost is literally half of what other salons are charging. I can't recommend this salon enough!

No consultation resulted in reaction to treatment due to medication, made a polite complaint via social media and then got blocked for messaging or leaving a review. No concern or compassion given when Edith responded. It's a shame its come to this, I would never publicly make a poor review but to block someone who's quite concerned with what's happened to their skin as well as being self conscious has completely shocked me. Totally unprofessional!! Please be careful if using this salon.

I've been a customer here since the early days when the Salon was in Sketty and have happily followed them to Treboeth! Always professional and friendly and offer great advice and their back & neck massages are FANTASTIC!

Absolutley lovely treatments today. Microdem facial and full body massage. I can fully recomend this this place.
