Jo has been mine and my friend's hairdresser for almost a couple of years. She has done mobile for us and we have been to the salon.
Jo is a fantastic hairdresser and a wonderful person. My friend and I have always loved our hair after each appointment Jo actually listens to what we want and advises as necessary. She is always professional and really knows her stuff and always talks through aftercare with us e.g. what shampoos to use. The condition on our hair has improved dramatically since having Jo as our hairdresser. Jo never makes us feel rushed and I feel our appointments are always personal to us (unlike some salons where they are super busy and just want to rush you through). Jo's bubbly personality always makes the time enjoyable and fun - no awkward silences or moments. For those people who don't like a busy salon or may have anxieties from busy/rushed places I would recommend visiting Johanna's Boutique as you will be put at ease and have an enjoyable experience 😊 (Something which I never thought was possible at a salon until I visited here!).

Absolutely terrible experience. Had a full head hair extension fitting in September, only for most of the extensions to have come out within 2 weeks. Messaged Johanna, but had no satisfactory response. She then told me to contact the NHBF to use their resolution service, but she is not actually a member, so be warned!! Now I am trying to message her, she has blocked me from messaging both on Facebook messenger and WhatsApp. No help whatsoever if you have a complaint. Would not recommend.
