Lovely, relaxing experience 👌

The therapist had poor interpersonal skills and was not very welcoming when I came for a massage. Her technique, however, was good. Unfortunately her lack of warmth and concern for her client's comfort spoiled the experience. This is a shame, as the treatment was given to me as a special gift.

The lady that served me last year when I came to buy a gift voucher was lovely, being very helpful in explaining the treatments and options available. Sadly today's appointment fell very short of my expectations.
