Lovely staff but not well trained in nails, my nails were uneven and not filed well at all. Acrylic brush wasn’t clean and left black dots/dirt all over my nails. Don’t recommend for nails at all as they were £50 (soak off and fresh set ) and I know I can go places and pay less for a lot better service. Also one tip had broken off after just over a week.

As a long term client of Pure Beauty I cannot recommend them enough!
The staff are polite, welcoming and professional.
They offer a wide range of treatments and offer varied hours to suit people’s working hours.
I have my nails done here every three weeks and have not once had a bad experience.
I would not hesitate to recommend Pure Beauty to anyone.

I am a regular client since day 1 and highly recommend this salon for all beauty treatments . All staff are welcoming and friendly. Very relaxing atmosphere especially during a tropic facial with top of the range products used. Also i love having my nails done with no design to much to ask for!!!Will not go anywhere else!!! Thank you to all the staff for an amazing service every time I visit!!!

I cannot recommend this salon enough. I have been a a regular customer since the salon opened. The service I have is always consistent and is of top quality! Each time I visit the whole experience is relaxing with a warm atmosphere. Sarah and her staff are amazing.

I went to Pure Beauty to have the BIAB nails and was really impressed with the way Sara did them - absolutely no criticism there!
However, the premises are tired - there are marks in the walls, even a bit of plaster out of one to the left of the reception desk. The chair on the nail station to the right as you walk in is broken and the manicure desk has marks on it.
There was a blonde lady there who I think was the owner. On the two occasions I went in and was the only person there she came into the reception area and totally ignored me on both occasions - no acknowledgement at all, not even a smile which I found a little rude.
I won't go back for the reasons above, I expect somewhere to look fresh and professional, and have a little more courtesy, but thank you Sara.

I have been going to Pure Beauty for many many years and it’s always such a treat. Not only do you get great service with a smile but it’s somewhere you get to relax and catch up with the great girls that work there. Whether it’s a manicure or a massage, eyelash lift or any other of the many great choices of treatments they offer there’s always one thing you can guarantee and that is you’ll always leave happy and relaxed. Thank you girls you do such a great job.

It's a lovely old building with a beautiful facial room. I enjoy having facials and pedicures they have lovely Organic products and a huge range of colours to choose from. Lovely and welcoming therapists every time.

Not one for having beauty treatments but thank you Sarah for fitting me in and Sara for the lovely holiday nails and brows. Lovely experience, friendly staff and not rushed like some salons
