Nailed It Swansea

I would like to say that I found my fairy god mother tonight but I'm afraid that I am older than Georgie so I'll call her my fairy God sister! 👍 I tried all salons from Sketty into and around Town this afternoon for my nails and eyebrows done last minute but got turned away from everyone as they were fully booked. I then stopped outside Nailed It thinking that I would be turned away again but Georgie was lovely and said that she had her last client in but I could come back at 6.30 and she would help me although she was closing at 7.00. I went back and she happily done a full set of nails for me with no rush and an eye brow wax, she finished just after 8 .00 still with a smile although I had kept her an hour over her time. I now have the perfect eye brows and an amazing set of nails which I totally love. I cant thank you enough for your service and despite the fact that I live in Bridgend you will be my go to girl from now on. Nothing beats excellent service, massive well done 🤗 x

Really enjoyed having my nails done again today by Georgia. There was a lovely vibe and everything was lovely and clean. The measures put in place to protect against COVID are excellent. 100% recommend and cannot wait to have my nails done again in 4 weeks time!

Had two appointments with Georgia now one before Covid and one after Covid this week and both times the salon was immaculate! really lovely service, choice of styles and colour and she is an absolute nail whizz :) can't wait for my next appointment!

After waiting for 45 minutes, the nail technician managed her time to be able to attend to another client. She ended up not fixing my nails as required. I was charged 41 pounds with poor service, I feel so bad. Before you proceed to make your nails, ask questions about the price, ask them not to do a hasty service for you. If there is a way not to put star, I will definitely do. The staffs lack customer service. Sad

Visited twice in the past, however would not return. When my requested nail top coat would not work on the base colour I was left with a colour I did not like on its own and I wasn’t even asked if there was something else she could do or even have a reduced price as it wasn’t even what I wanted.

Georgia is so friendly and did a good job! I got a gel manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, the manicure started to chip after a few days but Georgia was able to get me in to fix it on the same day I called!

Absolutely amazing, never had such nice nails before. Definitely only coming here now, such lovely gals too. The talent they have is incredible .
