I would definitely recommend the Hollywood wax at Monroes. All of the staff are so lovely and helpful and very professional about the treatment. Good value for money as well!

I've been coming up to Monroes for a few years now, and I'd recommend Monroes to anyone, who needs their beauty regime sorted out by qualified staff who really care about me and what I need.
It might seem a trek to some people but it's worth it 👌🏾 ✨
they take care of my needs and I always come home feeling vitalised, their product's really suit my skin and I'm more chilled after my Li'l pamper, I look forward to seeing the girl's having a chat and the massage is lush also my pedicure everything about Monroes is Lush and I wouldn't go anywhere else 💕 💖.

Started electrolysis had 1 treatment then the owner cancelled and said she is no longer doing it 2 weeks after she had started my treatment. She spent more time looking for her glasses and the electrolysis machine than she did treating me. When i first entered she didn't even know what treatment i was booked in for then cleaned my eyebrows as if she was going to wax them! I said I'm here for electrolysis then she remembereed I'm new and went to find consultantion cards as she'd failed to do this upon entering.

Unprofessional and not a good experience at all. Would not go back.

Have been having a hollywood hot wax with Moseena for around 4 years now, would highly recommend to anyone who is considering trying hot wax or for those that dont like the strip wax as it is a lot less harsh on the skin, she makes me feel very comfortable and gives perfect results every time

Lovely relaxed atmosphere always friendly and time to chat like visiting family. Always feel top form and well pampered when leaving.

Pleasant staff but asked for a brow tidy up however much of the eyebrows were removed to a thin strip. Completely out of fashion with current fuller eyebrow trend.
Worse brow threading I have ever had and the most painful too. Would not recommend. Just hoping they grow back quickly.

Had electrolysis yesterday with Sally. She took time and care in checking my experience of previous treatments and was conscientious about my tolerance throughout the treatment. Sally made me feel very at ease and I enjoyed our conversation. Very pleased with treatment and no after effects which I have experience in other salons. This morning my skin is totally normal but hair free.. she was very thorough and patient. It was a very good treatment at a very reasonable price and I’m definitely going to go back.

The employees including the manager greet everyone with a smile and are helpful to accommodate your need if possible.
Its a friendly relaxed atmosphere where you leave feeling pampered .
I have been going there for many years and I will continue ,you feel part of a family .
