Best wide range of beauty products from brands like Aromatherapy Associates, and Origins, and best optometrist services. Pharmacy usually very busy especially during Christmas and holiday periods.

Never enough staff, badly organised. Never know where to queue. Just buying something simple but nobody to serve you at a general till, had to queue at prescriptions where it seems to take 3 staff members to serve one customer. Eventually get served and then get sarcastic comment “ thought you were queuing for prescription “ ! Boots you are going down the pan !,

Picked up my sons prescription. Was handled with excellent customer service, nothing is too difficult. All staff are really helpful and it's a joy to pop in here every few weeks.

I'm discussed with the boots at weston favell. Especially on the pharmacy.they are so slow and because I cannot stand for long periods they have to give me a chair to sit on. This has been going on for months. you have one person to serve on the pharmacy and that person has to serve not only the pharmacy items but also on,another counter. The thing that is most upsetting is they tell you to say come back in half hour,you do and its still not done, also you try and ring up to see if they have your perscription ready but they never seem to answer it . But lately they have one person serving at the pharmacy and at the back of the pharmacy there are 2 or 3 people having conversations and laughing so i would never recommend anyone to use boots at pharmacy.

A lovely team effort amongst the staff to be of assistance when needed. I go on a weekly visit since the COVID first started and always found the staff pleasant to taik to. Well done folk.

Racist, rude staff. Karen is an older lady with short blonde hair, and there's another older lady who wears too much makeup, their demeanor instantly changes when they serve an ethnic person yet they serve white people happily. Customer service is always cold and they should be sacked

Not Boots shops on the whole, but definitely the one in Weston Favell, Northampton. No staff on any counters. Printed notes stuck around the shop letting you know why they aren't opening on certain days or when they won't be dispensing medicines. Poor show.

Could do with a face-lift, it's like the company has forgotten it's here
Being the only true chemist (apart from the percription counter in tesco, which in comparison is new) it's surprising that over the years, it has not taken on bigger premises here.
