Boots always very helpful good stock of everything glad its not closed down like so many shops in the Howard centre would be a great lost

For all of your pharmaceutical and beauty needs. Inside the Howard Centre which has lost a lot of its shops.. shelves are half stocked and lack of staff on perfume counter sent me to nearby John Lewis for perfume. Staff standing around chatting and ignoring customer who would have purchased perfume. The unloved store is reflected in the attitude of the staff....preoccupied and uninterested.

This Store is located within the Howard Centre. Good selection, but it is smaller than other branches

Lots of empty shelves, looked like no one bothered to reorder anything.
Looked online for something and it said there were some in stock there, none in the shelves. Even the store's own system said some in stock, but no, none anywhere there. Good staff though, the lady I dealt with was very helpful.

I use this shop ofton. Staff have always been friendly and helpful

2 No. visits in a week, 1st visit I left without attempting to join the ridiculous Q. Today 4th November joined a 4 person Q wait circa 7 minutes to be served, and this is after one member of public gave up and left. 4 Tills but no operators, If you do not want to staff your branch adequately install self scans!

One single young lady is completely power mad and in the Howard centre totally hateful. Any medical item off the shelf she accused
me of being an addict, twice this year I've been here, she's disgusting and should be fired. Harold Shipman anybody?I will be filming if I encounter any problems with her again, then report to head office.
