Friday 7th Oct, visited Boots Newport Retail Park pharmacy counter for non prescription medication, two staff at dispensing counter, in Glasgow my local Boots someone will come to pharmacy and assist you.
Obviously not in Newport, after a lengthy wait a female assistant who was dispensing prescription medication asked what I wanted, then said I would need to join other queue, one queue only, I should have been told this when she first saw me. I told her "never mind" I was not now standing a longer queue than when I arrived, she eventually served me. I said to her a notice to advise customers the pharmacy counter is closed and to use dispensing counter would be a help to customers who do not frequent this store. I am aware they were busy but something so simple would assist customers.

Called into Boots Spitty today, wanted to buy a good quality aftershave, I mean good, top brand. But the only lady working, was too busy to serve me. I waited 15 minutes and left, very disappointing service.

What an absolutely fantastic job Boots are undertaking with the Flu Vaccine at this store. Second time used by my wife and I as the service, friendliness, professionalism and parking is a million times better than our Doctors surgery. I just wish that they did the Covid and Pneumonia vaccines as well.

Providing free flu jabs and booking appointments online makes it easier and better than waiting for GP appointment. They take your NHS details and notify your surgery. Very good system.

Fantastic flu jab service. I booked on line at 12:00 for a 16:30 appointment. I arrived a little early and the pharmacist, who was friendly and professional, saw me straight away. As an added bonus it turned out I could have the flu jab on the NHS even though I'm only 49 (I was expecting to pay) as my birthday is before 31 March 2023. Neither my doctor's surgery or my local chemist told me that. Would definitely use them again.

Decided to shop here for one of the black Friday deals. Arrived early but it was unavailable. Lovely clean large store. Not enough tills though at this busy period.

If this is the newpory retail park one ten out of ten. Wow what a great choice from full shelves and helpful staff. If it was anywhere else I have to say come on Boots get a grip

I usually do a lot of my Christmas shopping here and I love the No7 range. However after being poorly with Covid I didn't feel well enough to do my usual browsing and asked if they had a wheelchair I could use ( mine was in another car) I explained I tire easily and didn't feel up to walking around as usual ( It's my nearest store and a 30 minute drive from home) I was told they don't have a customer wheelchair and just " TAKE MY TIME " walking around. NOT IMPRESSED. I LEFT.
