Katharine, you are a star! You have been the easiest person ever to deal with regarding all the wedding arrangements, have been more than accommodating and we honestly felt that even if we had asked if we could launch a space rocket from your grounds you would have found some way for it to happen! Such flexibility in the owner of a wedding venue is so very rare, but ensures that weddings can be as personalised and special as families want them to be, which is so important. Your suggestions were most welcome and we feel you played a massive part in how successful our wedding turned out to be. Thank you so very much for everything. xxx

What can I say, this B&B is simply beautiful from the Alpaca’s in the garden to the generous funny and wonderful Kathryn who runs the business, we have stayed here 4 times and will always be back, home from home feel, delicious breakfasts and fresh comfy spotless rooms.
We love staying at College Farm and can’t wait to return.

Stayed there last night 26/2/19 . I traveled up from swansea in south wales..I was greeted at the door by the lovley woman. The house is a treasure and holds lovley features . The breakfast was first class all cooked fresh the bedrooms are nice and clean and very cozy plenty of Pride gone into them better than staying in a Premier Inn in my opinion and there is always plenty of hot water😀

Stayed there in March, just before lockdown. Would go back in a flash. Lovely place, wonderful hostess. Katherine even provides cooked food that is gluten free and delicious.

I'm fussy but this was beyond perfect, lovely room, bed, bathroom, the best breakfast, lovely people. Was here for business but wished my stay could have been longer, a 'home from home' which for me is the best recommendation.

Beautiful accommodation which is steeped in history. I stayed in the Goat Shed for three nights and could not recommend it more. Wonderful facilities and has everything you need.

This B&B is of the scale. We was given a very warm welcome and was first shown to the dining room all oak paneling very old. A freshly made blackberry cake with freshly made pot of tea was served. 😊We had the biggest bed I have ever slept in so comfy, the next morning breakfast was just brilliant. It was hot very well presented, lots of fresh tea and coffee plus toast with homemade jam and marmalade. This B&B will last in my memory as the best I have been to. Thank you Catherine and Richard.

Let me start by saying how wonderful the owners are. I was fortunate enough to have my booking cancelled at a nearby bnb and with a very short notice (8 hours) the kind owners confirmed availability. This is a 1300s and 1500s properties, with some unique and quirky features. It's very clean, tidy and just modern enough to give you the expected necessities (and more) from a bnb in 2020. Parking ample, breakfast great, people wonderful. All in all a short, yet thoroughly enjoyable stay.
