The booking was easy. The room was very clean and well equipped. Definitely value for money and well be trying to book again. The kitchenette/dining area is to a very high standard.

The rooms are a decent size and well maintained, the kitchen has everything you need for breakfast. My only negative is it seemed to take a while for the hot water to come through. Location is great, easy access by road, & a short walk into town. Recommended.

6 nights here and room attended once and toilet paper was never changed ever in all 6 nights so I had to buy my own

What a gem of a place. The exterior of the building is a little run down but we were so pleased with the room. Extremely clean and well equipped, nice decor too.Plenty of tea/coffee sachets, some orange juice and water. The towels in the bathroom were quality! Then what a lovely surprise when we went to the kitchen in the morning. Such a variety of good quality drinks/ breakfast items to choose from. This place is an absolute bargain.

Owned by the same branch as hamilton hotels (I’d book that one if possible) . Pros - own bathroom , self service kitchen with brekky in the cubards. Cons- really uncomfortable beds, not very clean, old decor, take 10 minutes for the shower to kick in

Having booked and had confirmation of the booking made on 27th September ,I was surprised to have my booking cancelled and readvertised at twice the price a month later.Nice one guys.

A staff-less hotel was a new experience! The appearance from outside does not reflect well on the establishment. The inside greatly exceeded expectations. Very clean and well maintained. Self-service breakfast was good the first day. Room spotless and well equipped.
Two moans - Small moan. The kitchen was not restocked over the weekend leading to potential food shortage.
Big moan. The heating in the room was on and not adjustable. Best described as hotter than hell!
If these two issues were addressed )heating a priority) I'd give it five stars. A swimming pool would be nice... :-)
