We booked this place for a break in Norwich, but when we arrived, the place looked completely empty and totally run down. They didn’t provide us with a pin code to retrieve the key, and there was no one to check us in. Looks awful from the outside. This place is also advertised to rent per month on a property website. Total scam. Avoid at all costs.
