Do not stay at this place!!! Absolutely filthy and the owner/manager is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Apparently, the local authority are well aware of this place and are trying to shut him down. STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. I can recommend the Orchard lodge B&B instead.

Worst B&B I ever known! The one and only untrustworthy B&B I have experienced. I booked this B&B in 2 weeks advanced though the managers phone, and made clear that 1. A room is booked 2. The room will be available even without prepay 3. The Room is available on the days I needed even the manager asked me to call back one day before. Then guess what ! !! I called back one day before, they say call back tomorrow ok? we will see if there is a room ! After I explained that he promised a room for sure, he saied oh yeah, did you pay or not, no right （it was him who said no need to prepay!). Just give a call tomorrow we will see （see what!!!! I need a room for sure the day after)! And then he hanged off the phone even without me finished talking! Maybe I should be happy I didnt prepay him or I could have lose my time and MY MONEY!

Amazing rooms, their son Viraj is very fat and has a 17 pack of beer in his belly. Viresh looks like a indian hypebeast who will charge £10 for a minty pickaxe code. Overall, Mr Patel is very nice person and will fix your computer if you give him your IP address.

In my honest opinion: The absolute pits! The owner is darn right rude and money hungry, the place is filthy the beds belong in a skip, the kitchen is locked and no housekeeping!

Not chance of getting a sleep as people bang the doors at days and nights. Rooms are never been cleaned. Rubbish in wardrobes and drawers. No toilet paper in the toilets. Windows are not closing.

One of the most outstanding venues I have ever had the chance to experience, this place above anything else is stunning. The drive up to the beautiful hotel was amazing in its self you MUST!! Experience the luxury of just the grounds its self, the hotel is something I will leave for you to find out for your own.. Devine is a great way to explain this hotel.
