Got an ensuite single room to stay in before an interview. Room was small but comfortable and had all the essentials. Bed had a good mattress and pillows and a decent cover. Colour TV with Freeview, complimentary cup of tea, coffee and biscuits and a kettle, an electric heater and a fan and a cupboard with hangers. Made full use of the free WiFi. Average to busy road outside but otherwise it was peaceful. The couple who run the place are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was nice. Overall very pleased, great value for money, would stay here again.

You very much get what you pay for here. Location is excellent in relation to Heathrow airport, it's basic but clean. Had an issue with the vent in our room being very noisy over night due to high winds, and the shower head was broken in the room. However, the beds were comfortable and for staying for a night it's a nice little B&B

Not a great place yo stay. Huge car park but £8 to use it when there's free parking 3 metres away from the building. The staff are unhelpful and untrained in customer care, The rooms were basic, mainly clean but the bathrooms wasn't. On both occasions there was huge spiders in the room which was a coincidence I guess :-/ I certainly will not return to this hotel

Arrived to find ensuite toilet broken (cistern broken and toilet not flushing) with excrement in bowl. Lied to on 2 occasions by member of staff regarding change of room - was told to call back at reception at 10.00pm when manager would be there. Arrived at 9.55 to find reception closed with all staff gone home. And later regarding a partial refund - only asked for the car-parking fee to be refunded, in lieu of the above - and was told that this would be done - still waiting. Do yourself a favour - go somewhere else!

It was average for a bed and breakfast. Comforty beds to sleep in. Tv in the rooms a bit small and the bathroom notuch room, the handrail in the bathroom broken so some work on the rooms could be done. Don't go expecting a lovely warm shower as the water fluctuates between too hot and cold. Breakfast well there option of two cereal, toast with butter and a selection of jams and Croissant.

Beds were clean and comfy and the front desk staff was friendly. Other than that not much good to say. The floor, walls and bathroom were filthy and smelled strongly of cigarettes (I smoke and was still gagging at the smell) despite the no smoking signs everywhere. When I mentioned the smell to the staff they apologized but said they were too booked to switch us and left it at that. The "breakfast" was simply toast and cold cereal, leaving a lot to be desired. The price and location were why we stayed in the first place but we won't be staying here again.

Stayed 3 times and 2 were just what you would expect for that price but the 3rd and last one I was given room next to the main entrance, reception and the stairs making it super loud. Also there were some noisy people in the room next to mine and when reported to reception they've done nothing about it. The bathroom was tiny and not cleaned in many days (different types and colours of hair all over the floor and in shower), radiators only started working in the morning. Would give 1 stars but 2 previous stays were like a 3-stars experience.

Horrible place. Charged £5 extra for parking upon booking in (did not know of this before), tiny box room with dated and dirty decor, a horribly thin mattress and a window that doesn't close. Would have preferred staying in my car.
