Not a good experience. Since we decided not to have English Breakfast we were given cereals, some of which were two years old. The bathroom was not ensuite as promised and the bath was under a rising staircase, we should have been provided with a crash helmet to save our heads when waking up from the bath. Internet was promised but only available for a short time, since during the evenings it was switched off. You have to take your breakfast in their own dining room .. this is OK but having the woman sitting looking at you at breakfast all the time was not exactly appreciated. A minuscular fridge was provided for everyone to use ant the kitchen entrance but then we realised that 'someone' was switching iot off at night!
