Nice place, nothing outstanding. Host has good report with some customers. Breakfast is provided and very good. Local to beach and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops

Well worth a visit, with great views and great service. The beach is just across the road and this is one of only a few B&Bs with at least three off-road parking spaces

It was a very disappointing experience and very expensive for what you got. The toilet didn't flush properly, the shower was lacking any power and the room was quite cramped. The only good part about the room was that the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was completely tasteless, I'm not sure how you get sausage and bacon to not taste of anything!

Owner answered the door in stocking feet with a yapping dog round her, this should have told us something. The room we had did have ensuite but you had to try and flush the toilet about 6 times before it worked!!!! Had to run the hot water tap for about 20mins before you got anything resembling hot water, also shower was next to useless. At breakfast the yapping dog was allowed in the dining room and when you got your breakfast begged at the table for food!!!!!! Would not recommend.

Booked a Room 5 days ago on the phone with the lady who runs/owns this So called Guest house. Day before turning up Called and Re checked the booking was fine, The answer was Yes, all OK Arrived at the So called Guest House, Waited Outside for 2.5 hours, whilst calling the Owner, Calls not answered, No one at the Guest House to open the Door. Thank you very Much, For your Sad Service, We was Left with no where to stay. By 20.00 hrs after being outside for the 2.5 hours waiting and calling, We left to see if we could find somewhere to stay late in the evening.
I hope that My Emails, of Complaint Get to this Guest House. Ask Your self Would you want this to happen to you, Be left outside with no Booking.

Absolutely disgusted, booked in advance, payment taken, showed up and couldn't gain entry.Tried calling the number but was permanently engaged. Waited for an hour and eventually had to be relocated to another hotel by hotel.com.Parking was only what was in the street and only free from 6.30 at night until 8 in the morning. Will definitely not use again and didn't look the cleanest from the outside either.
