My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Badgers Cottage which was unique and beautiful. Our host Gill met us on arrival and we felt at ease as she showed us around her home. The rooms were tastefully furnished, bed so comfortable and we had the use of a sitting room and the flower filled garden. Gill provided some basic food items and delicious lemon cake. The information Gill gave us on the local amenities and travel information was particularly useful in planning our journeys. We made use on two occasions of the recommended Bottle and Glass pub and restaurant where the food was excellent. The village of Stone has a Co-Op if supplies are needed and an Indian Restaurant.

Delightful thatched cottage B&B, . Very comfortable bed!! Ideal for anyone visiting Waddesdon Manor. Gill very good host. Can be tricky to find in dark, if you get to estate gates, you've gone too far!! Good breakfast.
