Da Vinci Bed and Breakfast Gatwick

I stayed at the Da Vinci Guesthouse in March 2020, and found it to be a very comfortable place in beautiful surroundings. The Guesthouse is located in the quiet area of Ifield Green, but is still conveniently located for both Crawley town centre and Gatwick Airport, and offers plenty of car parking. Gino, the host of the Guesthouse is extremely helpful and friendly, and offers a delicious English breakfast. The bedrooms are very spacious and cosy, and I always had a very good night's sleep, as the surroundings are so peaceful. There is also a lounge area for guests and a conservatory, where people can sit quietly and read or work. Highly recommended!

Nice friendly service. The place is very clean and the room is reasonably sized. Great value for money and the full English breakfast is very filling. If I was to visit Crawley again, this place is my number 1 choice without a doubt.

Firstly I would like to say the place is located in a very beautiful area but during my stay there I saw people constantly smoking cannabis and riding motocross bikes and quads in the car park!!! The owner/manager Gino seemed very polite and nice until I heard him shouting at other guests staying there he was violent towards a young man and female several times and on my last night he poured petrol over his property in a argument with workmen after which I got in my car and made a sly getaway.

I booked for 4 nights as I was working in the area. I pulled up and thought I was in the wrong place. The place looks nothing like the photos. They must have been taken years before. Its very run down
The room they showed me was dirty and smelt like a dog kennel. I left straight away and the owner refused to give me any kind of refund. He site outside the property drinking alcohol with his drinking buddies. Stay well away.

Dá Vinci guest house was absolute fantastic, I see that it has been beautifully decorated and renovated, A very clean, safe and most comfortable place I have ever stayed, Very easy access to gatwick Airport with secure o site car park, The owner Gino was extremely helpful and polite, I ll be back

Gino makes you feel really welcome served up a fantastic delicious big breakfast with toast. Bed was comfortable in single room had a nice shower and great for any stay. Close to bus services into Crawley Town centre number 2 bus from Ifield shops which can check times by searching Ifield shops to Crawley Town centre.
Will return again and regularly as family in Crawley and travel 60 miles away so convenient to stay here. Very quiet location which was nice too Gino is great and communicates well before your arrival if lost or ypur on your way.

We stayed here for 4 nights & it was wonderful, I wished it could have been longer. We were greeted by Gino who was a fantastic friendly host & We had a lovely room with a view into the garden. Nice clean comfortable bed & great hot full English breakfast every morning. Free on-site parking. We couldn't have asked for more. A great stay & will definitely stay here again

Absolutely dreadful. Booked here for a 5 night stay as had business in the area. Phoned the night before to ask about the “free airport shuttle” it clearly advertises on google and got the owner who was so rude I cancelled my booking. He just repeatedly shouted at me that it does not say that he runs a shuttle from the airport on booking.com (at this point I sent him a screenshot of the guesthouse info on google) his response was to keep shouting and say that the info on google is wrong and he doesn’t offer a free breakfast either (which I hadn’t even asked about). If the owner had shouted less, I could of got a word in to explain that It was perfectly fine if he couldn’t pick me up from the train at Gatwick if he could just recommend the closest train station or a taxi contact. When you pick up the phone to a guest who has a question, maybe just take a moment to listen instead of shouting when it’s your fault if you can’t be bothered to update your business profile on google. It takes two seconds as a business to contact google and change information.
