The guest house is located on one of the busy main roads leading into Worcester; room 6 was at the front of the building right on the road therefore you would think that the owners would make sure that this room had good windows to aid keeping road noise to a minimum BUT NO the window was useless and sleep was near impossible. The room had a shower and wash basin located in the corner of the room with the toilet down the corridor; the decor was dated and the bed old. Breakfast was limited in choice and was very poor; especially the terrible cheap and nasty small sausages. Breakfast is not the reason to come to this guest house for sure. The owner was welcoming but after that did not seem to care. Cannot recommend this establishment which with a little effort could be so much better however from my experience they just do not care so long as they get your money

The host is very friendly and helpful. The room nice and clean. Breakfast is also good. However, it's quite expensive for a B&B. There was no hot water in the morning and the sachets of milk had gone off when I made coffee so that was wasted.

Nice guest house, OK price with tired but nice furniture, average food, perfect place if working away from home then it's perfect
