Had a great stay at Heronswood B&B. Althea is a wonderful host and very accommodating! The rooms are immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely return if i find myself in the area. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thanks to Althea for looking after us!

Could not recommend Heronswood Bed and Breakfast enough! Certainly a home away from home. Althea was the loveliest of hosts and couldn’t do enough for us - going above and beyond. In addition, the rooms were cosy, clean and the bed was so very comfy! If I find myself needing to stay in the area again, I know where I’ll be booking. Thank you so very much Althea for a wonderful experience.

You can feel at Heronswood B&B like home. My experience there was just perfect. Althea is an excellent host. She is an incredibly nice person, friendly, and accommodating. The space was exactly as described, and the breakfast was great. I can recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit Welwyn Garden City and the area. London is only 25 minutes away by train. Looking forward to seeing you again!
