A warm and friendly welcome by hosts with lots of knowledge and history of the area Very clean and comfortable rooms with excellent views Breakfast plentiful cooked to perfection with plenty of choices to accommodate everyone A definite yes to stay again one that’s a permanent stay on our map

Charming place and charming people. Room was spacious, cosy and with magnificent view. Spotless clean. Parking space is adequate. There is a garden with few tables if one wants to read outside. The hosts -Brian's fried eggs can be only compared to my own mother's cooking. Helen's home made soap in the bathroom is of a bespoke quality ( if she starts selling it, I want to be informed immediately!). Both are people with big hearths, oozing warmth in every way possible. There is not much to do around so it is perfect for people who need to be forced to rest, like us. Clovelly is one of the prettiest village we've seen worldwide, it is unique so it worths the visit. Local people are very friendly and welcoming.Beware the narrow field roads and drive carefully...
Really delightful b@b, excellent room everything you need, the owners are very pleasant and couldn't be more helpful. Lovely breakfast great choice, particularly good for my partners dietary problems, definitely recommend anybody that wants to stay in the area.

Lovely B&B located in the hartland area. The owners were very welcoming and friendly and made it feel home from home. The breakfast in the morning was the perfect start to the day. My wife and I would recommend and would definitely stay again.
