Positive: We've felt very welcomed in this property. Excellent value for money in a quiet spot by the sea. Room with tea and kettle, as well as a sink. The TV comes with an Amazon Fire Stick and Disney+, Netflix and Amazon Video, amongst other free services. Breakfast was great with plenty of options and freshly cut fruits - 10/10..

Positive: Extreamly friendly and welcoming. lovely building and set up.Very nice shower. Nice touch of many books and DVDs in the room as well as full TV packages. I would happily return.. Negative: Nothing to improve.

The house was lovely in a beautiful location. We had a fabulous break. Tim was very accommodating. He looked after us well. Louie the dog and midnight the cat were very friendly and well behaved pets. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Tim for making our stay enjoyable and making us very welcome. Tim the host made us feel at home. Room was lovely and so clean, loved his pets especially his dog Louie. Tim was so kind to give us a lift to Broadstairs, would definitely stay there again.
