Nice size very clean room. Very friendly and informative owner Mrs cooney. Good location for travelling around. Would go again and take the bikes because it is very close to the Chesterfield canal.

We had a very comfortable stay. The rooms were a little on the cosy side but that didn't detract from our stay. We had everything we needed including delicious coffee sachets, toothbrush kits and dressing gowns! Our hosts were very friendly and our breakfast was nice and sufficient!

Absolutely loved this place, stayed last night and the Guest House is genuinely one of the nicest places we've stayed in.
Had such a warm welcome from the moment we knocked on the door. The twin room was lovely, well kitted out and comfortable.
Both hosts were absolutely amazing and welcoming!
The breakfast was absolutely spot on too, thoroughly enjoyed that.
We also found out some fun facts about the rectory too!
Next time we're in the area we'll hopefully be back! Highly recommended and many thanks for a comfortable stay :)

Friendly. Comfy. Attic room was too hot in recent heat wave but would normally be ok I think. Good breakfast. Any problems with the room was very quickly dealt with. Only downside was no lounge. On road parking, but no problems getting parked right outside the door.

Absolutely a lovely place to stay, following all guidelines to covid, really nice friendly people, the breakfast was lovely, the room was lovely nice and clean got everything in it you need. I would definitely recommend to other people and will be returning in the future. :)

A really great place, very clean, well looked after. The building has a nice vibe. Hosts are lovely people.. they do a fantastic cooked breakfast, highly recommended

The place is super cozy and clean, the blankets keep you warm and breakfast is amazing! The owners are really nice and attentive, will definitely stay here on my next visit to Chesterfield!
