Exmoor House Bed & Breakfast

Lovey, friendly and welcoming owners. The rooms are spotless with a very comfy bed and the breakfast was brilliant. The views are great and only a short drive to the beach. Really good value for money and I'll be staying here again when I'm next in the area, one of the best B&Bs I've stayed in for a long time.

Our stay at Exmoor house was amazing! Teri & Austin were very warm and welcoming which was a great start to our holiday. Their lovely dog Scarlett was an added bonus. The rooms were pristine and cozy which was something nice to come back to after all the local walks. We absolutely cannot wait to go back!

Loved this place! Teri and Austin are great hosts and I recommend anyone wanting to stay in this area stays at this place. If I find myself in Somerset again I will definitely come back. Great breakfast too!

Just had another very enjoyable stay at Exmoor House, Teri and Austin the perfect hosts as usual. The normal high standards in both the rooms (with complimentary biscuits/chocolates and bottled water) and the Breakfast choices.
Highly recommend and we will be back again soon.

What a fantastic B&B, Peaceful location, could hear a pin drop through the night. Nice pub and good food just across the road.
The room and whole house was spotless, the Bed, OMG, one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in, and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, this one is etched on the memory. We are on a motorbiking trip, and stayed at Exmoor House as a stop over. I would highly recommend Exmoor House for a longer stay as a base if you want to explore Exmoor or rest after a day's travelling. The hosts are uber polite, down to earth, and good sense of humour, it was a real pleasure for both my partner and me.

Excellent B&B in Exmoor our room had everything we needed including our own Kitchenette and very friendly hosts, we will definitely be back next year, thank you for a lovely stay.

A fabulous place to stay. On arrival Teri was very welcoming. Room was extremely comfortable, and very well stocked with coffee, tea, biscuits and fresh milk in the fridge. A warm drying room to dry out wet walking boots was ideal, and Austin was kind enough to get up early to provide an early take away sausage sandwich. Nothing was too much trouble for Teri and Austin and absolutely recommend Exmoor House as a lovely place to stay. Thank you both.

The room was very nicely decorated, very clean. A lovely comfortable bed, very nice touches like biscuits, tea, coffee and milk in the fridge.
Austin and Teri were very welcoming and helpful, the comedy show at breakfast was a great start to the day 😁.
Breakfast was really nice and all sourced locally.
We will certainly be staying again.
