Outstanding B&B. We've spent a couple of nights in what turned out to be for sure one of the best B&B we ever stayed in. Sue is as perfect a host as you can imagine. We've been welcomed every day after our daily trips into the amazing surroundings with a freshly cooked tea. The facilities are just perfect for a family of 4 with a private entrance, two toilets and a separate bathroom. The WiFi was really fast and the pool is heated, so it's been really a joy to go for a swim after a day of hiking at the coast. We loved to stay there and would definitely recommend this B&B as well as the host, who is second to none.

Sue is an incredible host. We arrived in the wind and rain and she kindly let us into our room early. We stayed in the two bedroom suite which was made up of a lovely cosy lounge together with twin beds and a ground floor WC. Upstairs there was a bedroom with a king size bed and further single bed. We had access to our own front door and welcoming hallway. Sue greeted us with tea and cake which was just what we needed after a long journey from Cambridgeshire. We enjoyed using the outdoor pool despite the wet weather. Sue kindly lit us an open fire on a particularly cold and wet afternoon. What a treat! Breakfast was perfect - served in another cosy room which we had all to ourselves. We visited nearby Dunster village and castle - highly recommend. The surroundings of Bournestream are stunning - rolling green hills & farmland, we even got to see the local race horses training.
We had a wonderful time staying here, made even more perfect by a friendly and welcoming host who goes above and beyond to make her guests feel at home. We shall definitely return again.

Positive: This place was absolutely superb! It was clean and pretty, very homely, and clearly well loved and looked after. The breakfasts were amazing, the scenery wonderful, and the lady who runs it is an absolute gem! We have stayed in many bed and breakfasts and holiday houses and this truly is the best we've seen!. Negative: There was nothing at all about our stay that could be considered negative, except for perhaps the weather (and the hosts have no control over that whatsoever!)..

Although we only stayed for one night, our hostess Sue went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The room had fabulous views. We had our own lounge in which she lit the log fire for when we returned after going out for a meal. Breakfast was fantastic. Could not be faulted or improved in any way. We will definitely go back. Very relaxing settings.

Great location near to many beaches, very welcoming hosts and a fantastic heated pool. We were in the self catering cottage attached and friends in the B&B so perfect for a get together.
