Middleton House Bed & Breakfast

Amazing bed and breakfast gill and kevin are outstanding hosts . It was home from home . The bed and breakfast is in a lovely quiet location , but only a 10 min walk into town wells is only 6 miles away and well worth a visit .
Our room was the blue room it was spotlessly clean and had everything you could ask for . The cooked breakfast was amazing well done gill and kevin keep up the good work . Definitely worth a 5 star review

Great location, walking distance of town, quiet area backing onto countryside. Spotlessly clean room with everything you may need catered for. Lovely welcome from Gill & Kevin, nothing is too much trouble! I've booked to stay for the next few weeks whilst on placement here.

This was our second stay at Middleton House, and again, hosts Gill and Kevin made us so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was very well equipped, exceptionally clean and comfortable, with plenty of choice of tea/coffee/hot chocolate, and even freshly made flapjacks and fresh milk. We were so very well looked after. Breakfast was very varied and delicious, including fresh fruit, yoghurts, different cereals and full cooked breakfast choices including 'home-grown' eggs ! This is such a gem of a B&B, set just out of the main part of Shepton Mallet, so its also very quiet, but still just a few minutes walk into the town centre.

I have stayed at Middleton House several times and each time has been a pleasure. Gill and Kevin are very kind and accommodating and can’t do enough to make your stay perfect. Breakfasts are super. The rooms are spotlessly clean with all you need and very comfy beds with lovely bedding. And Covid measures are very good too. The location is quiet and yet very convenient for visiting all that the area has to offer. Highly recommend, and I’m fussy!

It was our first time at Middleton House Bed & Breakfast and the experience was exactly the same as discussed by other reviewers. Owners are very kind and really care. The entire accommodation are very clean. Breakfasts and complimentary refreshments are beyond expectation. I look forward to stay here again, so highly recommend.

Gill and Kevin were extremely welcoming hosts. They made a delicious breakfast of much better quality than any hotel with multiple hot food options and an abundance of fruit available. On arrival Gill had prepared some delicious flapjacks and the room was immacculate.
If I am back in Somerset I will definitely stay again, I only wish I had more time to enjoy their perfect hospitality and see more of the area!

Situated just three miles from the Bath and West Showground, this beautifully decorated and run bed and breakfast is the perfect place to stay. A friendly and informative welcome (with tea and cake), comfortable room and very varied breakfast choice make this the best B and B we have ever stayed in. Peter and Coleen Warren

Warm and friendly owners in a lovely well equipped Bed and Breakfast. Very tasty breakfast with a wide range of options and very homely feel. I would throughly recommend staying at Middleton House!
