This was such a perfect B&B to stay at and I absolutely loved spending the night here while visiting friends in Charlbury and Oxford. Stephen was super helpful and friendly, shared great travel tips and advice, and the room was perfect, comfortable and fully equipped with all my basic needs. The house was very well kept and had such a lovely, warm feel to it. I immediately felt comfortable and right at home, and wish I could have stayed there longer. Definitely hoping I get to go back and spend more time there one day!

A wonderful BnB in a perfect setting. The accommodation was ideal for the four of us (two couples). Stephen was a brilliant host and gave us some great advice for both driving and walking around the local area (including how to avoid the crowds on a bank holiday weekend!). Would highly recommend Lower Watts House to anyone.

Lovely B and B. Accommodated our cycles and even pumped up some tyres. Comfortable rooms and lovely breakfast.
