Excellent B&B. The room was very clean, warm and comfortable with a modern and stylish decor. The bathroom was very nice within excellent shower. Parking was provided which was great in a busy city centre. We enjoyed the breakfast provided which was cooked to order. I also recommended afternoon tea in the Tearoom as guests get a discount on what is a lovely treat. We would definitely stay again.

I recently visited number 17 for afternoon tea and it was delicious! The owner is very sweet and attentive and the food was so so delicious and moreish. This was my second visit to number 17 and I wasn't disappointed. Definitely worth a visit :D

Delicious afternoon tea at a reasonable price. They even accommodated the fact that we had two children in our party and served us three portions between four (which was more than enough!). It's a lovely, small relaxed setting and the staff are very friendly and unintrusive. Highly recommend.

We booked in four people for Afternoon Tea, at 3PM. The website says this is a necessity, but I think that's probably just for the summer season, as we were the only ones there when we arrived. The food was lovely, certainly enough for the four of us, and we were left alone and didn't feel as though we had to eat up and get out. Overall I would recommend No. 17, and would look forward to going again.

Terrible wifi, small rooms, mediocre service, but nice breakfast, and the rooms are nice, nothing massively wrong with it, it's a good location. Nice Indian restaurant down the street and close to city centre. Also really cute rabbits down the back

A fantastic apartment. Apartment 1 has separate bedroom and kitchen. Really spacious but cosy. Excellent location. Would book again.
