Ty Capel B&B

Wow just amazing, most beautiful place I have stayed. The view from the room is breathtaking with a roll top bath to lie back in and take in the view. Situated within the mountains and surrounded by farmland and the largest reservoir I've seen. Jason was very accommodating on arrival and friendly. Definitely worth 5* looking forward ward to watching the sunrise.

The complete experience. Good parking, beautiful surroundings, welcoming hosts sharing their love of the countryside. The amazing scenery locally and through all windows.
Thank you Jason and Teresa for sharing your beautiful home and giving your guests a fine breakfast to sustain them for their onward journey. I simply loved watching the birds feeding too!

Very clean, smart B&B. Slightly unusual, but excellent, with interesting extras like Osprey Nest webcam, and a garden full of birds.
The lake view in itself makes it worth staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our only wish is that we could have stayed longer. Even though it was only one night it felt more like a mini-break as opposed to just somewhere to sleep and eat. The breakfast was wonderful and being able to see badgers close-up during the late evening was just the icing on the cake.

Amazing experience at Ty Capel. Stunning rooms, lovely views, great service. Good breakfast. Close enough to Llanidloes to get to food within a ten minute drive but completely dark and peaceful at night. The visiting badger was an added bonus. Nothing to criticise at all.

Absolutely amazing B&B, couldn't fault it. Everything was just perfect and very clean. The Room was very spacious with a massive bed. Stunning views all round. Breakfast was exceptional. The Host was very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely comeback in the future for a longer stay. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Me and my wife have recently visited Ty Capel B&B and we was really happy with the welcome Jason and Theresa gave us when we arrived. They made us feel at home straight away, they show us where we would be having breakfast and where the honesty bar was. They then showed us to our room which was extremely clean and tidy, there was enough storage for all our stuff and more if we needed it.
Our 1st morning we was greeted with a nice brew and fruit juice and then the breakfast (which was lovely). And if your into wildlife and walking then this is a good place to visit.

Oh my god. Absolutely breath taking. Cannot recommend the guys who run this place enough! Fantastic service. Amazing views. Fabulous breakfast. Our whole experience was perfect. We did not want to leave! 5 stars is not enough for this gorgeous little gem! The team are so accommodating and helpful, even despite COVID-19 and being unable to sit in communal areas, they brought breakfast to the door, they have an open and honest bar and the place is spotlessly clean. Genuinely, there are no words! Would 1000000% recommend and will be coming back as soon as possible!
