What a lovely place!
I stayed here with two friends after a long motorcycle ride through Wales. The owners are very friendly and helpful and the place is very clean and comfortable.
Do not hesitate in asking for your favourite breakfast, it is most likely that you get it, with bit of extra caring!

The area is also amazing. A pub just around the corner and lots of countryside walks to enjoy near by.

Do not think twice and stay here on your next trip in Wales.

Absolutely fantastic all round. Not sure where to start! On arrival there was a secure place to store bikes with a pump, and we were served tea/coffee and cake. Michael and Diane were extremely kind, welcoming and we enjoyed chatting with them. They showed us round our room, made us comfortable and recommended places for dinner in the village. They accommodated us with breakfast at an early time as we needed to start a cycle early, and the quality and execution of the breakfast was fantastic. They also provided a packed lunch that we took with us for the cycle. The room we stayed in was clean, warm, quiet and had lots of nice touches. All round the best b&b I've stayed in for sure.

Very professional service provided by two lovely people. Clean, tidy well appointed rooms. Secure parking off a very quiet area and only a five minute walk to local pub, post office, beautiful old church and craft shop. Breakfast simply scrumptious! Home made bread, jam etc in very clean surroundings. Simply excellent.

Excellent place to stay and we got a great welcome from owner Mike and his wife. The accommodation was clean and beautifully presented and the owners were very keen to advise on places of interest etc to visit in the area. Breakfast was excellent an included home made bread and marmalade etc. Accommodation was quiet and off the main road and secure parking was made available in the shed for our e bikes. All in all a great stay and I would be more than happy to recommend to friends and others.

A wonderful place to stay, with beautiful surroundings. The owners couldn't do enough for us and made us feel like family. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The Old Vicarage (a handsome building) is set in a quiet corner of Llangurig, with its own gardens and off street parking. The rooms are well appointed, of a decent size and with extremely comfortable beds and ensuite facilities. The attention to detail can be seen from the cleanliness of each room, right down to the fragrant and refreshing complimentary soaps and shower gels provided. After an extremely good night's sleep, with plenty of fresh air streaming in through the open window I had another delight to look forward to - a sumptuous and delicious cooked breakfast (vegan and lighter options were also available). Dinner was equally scrumptious, tucking into the small but well stocked cellar for a good wine. I was extremely fortunate to have found such a delightful base to stay in Wales and the owners are very hospitable and thoughtful in making their guest comfortable. Highly recommended ... and likely going to be very busy so book well in advance!

Lovely vicarage. Excellent food and first rate hosts. Went the extra mile - literally - transporting us and our bikes an unreasonable distance. Totally recommend

Friendly, clean and quiet place to stay. Staff were really helpful and this location was ideal for an event I was attending in the area. The guest house has off road parking.
