Just spent a wonderful weekend at this lovely, friendly hotel in a spectacular setting. Our room was very clean and well furnished, the food appetising and plentiful (including the home-made Bara Brith ice-cream) and hosts Sue and Simon could not have done more to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, including making a 70th birthday delightfully embarrassing and utterly memorable. Thank you so much, we will return!

Tired in some places but this a small detail - value for money - good food- friendly staff - nice riverside location- only disappointment we booked a riverview room for birthday treat but got a room with the drive view.

I was the only guest on my one night stay. Sue went out of her way to be welcoming and helpful. This is definitely a cut above the usual bed and breakfast, a historic building, wonderfully situated on the banks of the Dyfi River, and we'll maintained and cozy. The room I got was very nice, and the breakfast was excellent. Recommended.

A place where You can feel like at home. Owners is very helpful and chatty, She's got some stories to tell and recommends places You should visit. Fresh food served at lovely dining room with very peaceful surroundings is all you need for Your breakfast. Struggled a bit with my phone signal but there is internet on site, just be aware that all those mountains around make it hard to make a phone call. I would go there again.

Its a brilliant place to stay in lovely surroundings . The room we stayed in was clean with a very comfortable bed. The views from our breakfast table were beautiful. Our hostess was friendly and very helpful , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends .

The service from this hotel is terrible. I had made a booking through a weekend break gift I had received, and they said they had no record of it. They were completely unhelpful and rude, and would not offer any help or suggestion, to try and remedy this.
The people who run this hotel do not deserve to be in business, and I hope the place closes down, once the Brexit effect hits.
They have no concept at all about what good customer service is, and there are plenty of other hotels that do. These people should do something else, which does not include hospitality or helping people have a good holiday, as they clearly do not care.
