Lovely B&B! Excellent room with large comfy bed and everything you could want. Clean and welcoming. Kayt was an excellent host. Yummy breakfast - amazing sausages and bacon! Highly recommended

A beautiful B&B with every home comfort. Kayt and Hugh made us feel very welcome from the minute we arrived. The place was very clean and our room was beautifully decorative and furnished. It felt like a boutique hotel with all the extras both in the bathroom and bedroom. The mini chocolate bars went down a treat on our walk up Pen y Fan. Breakfast was lovely, so much choice. Can’t fault the accommodation. Host Kayt is very attentive, she recommend a great little Thai restaurant just a few minutes away in the town centre “Chang Thai”, for tea. The food was delicious and fresh. Katy also recommend a nice little place to sit and have a real Ale. If you like your Ale, “Hop in beer and gin” is well worth a visit. Thanks for a lovely stay, will be recommending to friends and family. Matt & Sharron

Lovely guesthouse. Host very pleasant and breakfast was gorgeous. Only complaint is that if staying in front room, the road is very noisy, so keep windows shut if you can

Lovely place, even lovelier people!

Beautiful boutique-style rooms with gorgeous furniture and comfy bedding. Bathroom comes with the necessities and delightful smelling soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions etc.

The owners are the kindest people you could meet and do their best to ensure your stay is great! Breakfast in the morning can be whatever time you choose, the owners have no qualms at all and there is a wide variety of delicious food. The hotel is well-located with the centre of town being within light-walking distance.

The coach house has been the best hotel I’ve stayed at, and that’s coming from an individual coming from Australia.

Definitely worth a visit!

Enjoyed a lovely few days in Brecon and Kayt was very welcoming and provided great hospitality. We had two rooms, both were really well done, and the extras really elevated our stay - drinks and snacks in our rooms and really nice toiletries. The breakfast was amazing, very tasty, well presented, and a really good amount of quality food which set us up well for the day. We had a really lovely stay and would definitely return, and absolutely recommend!

Amazing stay at this hidden gem. Stayed in the superior king room. Great room with a super comfy bed and great facilities. Loads of nice thoughtful touches which made it feel very homely. Hosts were amazing super friendly and attentive (but not overbearing) breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice. (Worth trying the rarebit with bacon and eggs, the brychan and some extra lava bread.plenty of veggie options too) Short walk into town and perfect for all exploration locally and around the national park. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.
