Super nice, welcoming and helpful host. She even gave my dog a sausage for breakfast. Excellent value for money. Comfortable beds. Nice view over the fields with cows and mountain. Cosy shared lounge with comfortable sofas and fireplace. Very good choice of cereals in the morning and also nice all day breakfast. I stayed with my partner and small dog in a double bed room with external bathroom. We did get dressing gowns, which proofed to be useful. My 4 friends were staying in a spacious 4 bed room (family room) with an ensuite bathroom. They all slept as well as we did and enjoyed their stay. We'd like to come back next year.

Lovely location, lovely quaint house, nicely decorated room with very good facilities
The owner is also lovely and welcoming, and they're dog friendly... The dogs loved their morning sausage.
Breakfast was good, plenty of choice from full English, cereal, continental to toast, I don't feel anything is too much to ask of the lady who owns this.
Would highly recommend this place to stay

This was the first time I had stayed in a B&B with my dogs, we were made to feel so welcome that I felt totally relaxed about having the the dogs with me and the dogs enjoyed being made a fuss of. The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable, breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, and the girls enjoyed their sausage, we will definitely be back.

Definitely worth a visit if you're visiting Bala or the nearby area. The room was a good size and the bed we stayed in was very comfortable. Though we had the cheaper room with the 'external' bathroom, it was only around 5ish steps from our door.
The breakfast was very nice and had a good variety of food on offer as well as tea / coffee / orange juice.
Patricia was a fantastic host, being mindful of social distancing throughout our visit. She gave us great support and information about the local area which we followed and did not regret at all.

Wonderful host everything about our stay was perfect, breakfast was served in small dining room, which was plentiful even the dog got a sausage for breakfast. Lovely clean&comfortable bedroom it's the little things that matter and our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Will definitely visit again.

This is a great place to stay. Spent a few nights here with my family whilst on holiday. The owner is very friendly and accommodating, such a warm and welcoming place. The rooms are very nice with plenty of tea and coffee facilities, the en suite with an amazing shower. There is sky TV in the room and WiFi. Breakfast was perfect everyday. The atmosphere is so friendly it almost feels like a home from home. I couldn't recommend highly enough.

An amazing property to rent for large groups, spacious and clean. The kitchen is big and well equipped. Plenty of farm animals to keep the kids interested, they love Jess the dog.

I stayed here with a large group of girls last weekend and had one of the best weekends ever!! The hosts are just lovely, the house is amazing and the scenery is to die for. We even hired hot tubs for the garden through a different company which was no trouble for the host to arrange for us. I can't recommend this place enough and I will 100% be returning again. It is worth every penny ❤
