Stayed here for a short break with family. Owners were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were nice and a lounge for use of the patrons was a welcome place to meet the rest of the family in the evening. Food was lovely.

Absolutely lovely location with caring hosts and delicious breakfast. Just ask for some advice or recommendations on what to do in town or where to go hiking! Alister will happily tell you about the mountains and all the trails around Blaenau Ffestiniog!

Stayed at the Dolawel for 3 nights and can honestly say that we were made welcome immediately on arrival by the hosts Alistair and Pat. The room was excellent and the views amazing, could not fault the breakfast for either quality or quantity. Certainly somewhere we would return to.
