Had a fantastic stay here. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and our host was lovely. In a good location too - within a short drive of most walks and is <10minutes from Betws-y-coed. Only shortcoming is that it’s right next to the A5 highway so it can get noisy at times if your room is right next to the highway, other than that the pros quickly outweigh the cons ;)

Incredibly helpful and friendly host! Breakfast is generous and home cooked. Location is very convenient, right next to the bus stop and a pub. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Highly recommend this place too all. Owner is very plesent and so helpful. Breakfasts are really nice. She allso has a very good understanding of all the local walks knows all the routes hard or easy. Absolutely had an amazing time.

My partner and I stayed here in June. We had the best time. The rooms were clean and tidy and the beds were extremely comfortable: Carole the host was very welcoming and her breakfasts were delicious. She recommended places for us to go, and even recommended local beer for us to try. I would recommend anyone staying here!
