Wonderful stay, everything we needed. Lovely & clean, welcoming host & a great breakfast to set you up for the day . So close to beach, shops, bus & rail. Highly recommend

Basic but clean, good budget option. Nice location, nice landlady, hard beds and no frills. Stayed in far worse places, and much better, hence middle rating.

Connie give us our keys and left. phoned her 5 times and messaged her but she left it 3 hours to respond back.

What a lovely Irish lady even though we knocked her up at 2 to get in our room cos I locked the key in our room. It is spotless here and all en-suites very comfortable rooms

Large rooms ,situated 50 yards from a car park, beach only 2 minutes walk.

Nice room, cheap and close to town and beach and very clean, white sheets, white towels so you see the cleanliness. Just a shame there's no breakfast but that's why the price is so good

Stayed for 2 nights highly recommended and will definitely be back. Nothing was to much trouble, perfectly positioned, rooms spotless beds comfy what more can you need.
