Great breakfast. Beds and pillows so comfy. Room spotless couldn't fault it. Loved the fridge in room great addition. Hosting so good if asked for anything they got it right away. Right by the beach which was a bonus. And great view out of the bedroom window. Not far to walk to the town which was great definitely want to go back and stop again.

Lovely owner, lovely staff, lovely location and fabulous room facilities to match those of much more expensive hotels. Clean and comfortable, with fluffy towels and breakfast options to suit all tastes, including a delicious cooked full breakfast that kept me going all day. Outstanding value for money for such a quality stay in this most beautiful part of the world.

Such a friendly, welcome - nothing too much trouble. Rooms spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Ideal location - only a few minutes walk to beach and into town so ideal location. Breakfast was amazing, something for all tastes and superbly cooked. By far the best guest house we have ever stayed at.

We've just come home after a 2 night stay at Ashby House. The 5 star reviews are fully justified! Lisa and the team were amazing from start to finish! Rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean and the breakfast was the best we've had! Can't wait to return next year!

Lisa is a wonderful host. Down to earth. Rooms comfortable, upgrades have started on all rooms. Breakfast is Not To Be Missed, toast,fruit loaf, fruits, fruit juice,yogurts, cereals. Then you have cooked breakfast. You won't leave hungry that's for sure. There is the large carpark behind Ashby house, you can pay for up to 3/4 days in advance. The walk to the beach is only minute or 2. The relaxing walk into town is only a few minutes, pubs,restaurants,pizza's fish and chips. The Ashby House well within walking distance of Tenby Town centre. Great place to stay.

What a great find Ashby House was. We've stayed at various B&B's in Tenby every New Years Eve, but Ashby House is by far the best. Beautiful clean, well kept ensuite rooms, with everything you need for your stay. The breakfast included in your stay is fabulous, various cold items for a continental breakfast, but the full English Wow. Lisa is a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble, and her wonderful sidekick Maz, what can I say, the dream team. We will definitely be back
