Excellent place to stay, right next to pier, had no problems parking only paid £5.20 all weekend. Owners are lovely people and always on hand if needed. Rooms big and clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely book again had a great weekend in llandudno.

Fabulous small boutique hotel, with lovely rooms opposite Llandudno Pier?. It's very reasonably priced and the owners and staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was buffet style, but it was all freshly cooked and tasted wonderful. Highly recommend.

We had a perfect stay here. The location was amazing and the owners were really nice and friendly. They made our stay really welcoming and did a fantastic breakfast. Highly recommended.

The room was lovely unfortunately booked room with sea view but when you looked out big row of tree's so blocked sea view and peir parking was hit and miss if you found a space you had to leave the car or lose it but breakfast was good

Room spotless, Seaview in autumn only when leaves have fallen, shower not very powerful, but bay window seat an absolute godsend. Plenty of breakfast options so no issues at all. Hotel very clean throughout 👌

Exactly what was needed for short stay. Room was clean, tidy and spacious. Inclusive breakfast was great. Location was ideal for several restaurants and pubs.

Fantastic couple of nights here on Bank Holiday weekend in August, the hosts were so welcoming and friendly, the room was clean, spacious and full of character. We had a sea view and the location was brilliant. Breakfast in our room was delicious and nothing was too much trouble, will definitely return and would highly recommend, lovely owners x
