The most accommodating and welcoming hosts! After a COVID snag upended our original housing plans, we are so happy we found the Castlebank Hotel at the last minute. The Hotel is beautifully kept, the room was quiet and cozy with the most comfortable bed, the breakfast was delicious, and the location could not be any more convenient. Endless thanks for saving our stay in Conwy!

What can I say …. Simply home from home. The most fabulous hosts Jo and Henrique we’re so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble . We appreciated the travel tips , this made our stay even better than expected . Our room was really comfy, well equipped with a great view of the castle. This hotel is a beauty , really close to all the amenities , plenty of parking and best of all …. Breakfast , super tasty and plentiful . We will definitely visit again in the future .

Stopped at the Castlebank Hotel on our way from Ireland to York. They were very welcoming and did everything to make our two nights as good as possible. Breakfast was great, my daughter says best bacon she's ever had :) the owners were very helpful about things to do around town. Would definitely stop here again when passing through.

What can I say it was a pleasure to meet henrique and Jo the castle bank hotel his like 190 years old but it just blended in with the conway walls and just 2 minutes walk in to town its beautifully the breakfest was fantastic and it even had a had bar plus free parking so thank you for a wonderful weekend Stephen and Diane from Derbyshire

Cozy comfortable guesthouse within steps of Conwy, Conwy castle, waterfront, shops and restaurants. Jo and Henrique are perfect hosts who go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and they serve delicious breakfasts. It also has its own car park. Beautiful views of the castle, mountains and countryside.

Home after a fab weekend with Henrique as host at Castlebank Hotel. Fab room (no 9) big comfy bed and lots of storage. Was made to feel very welcome from the minute we arrived. Was offered lots af advice about places to visit and will definitely return to see more of North Wales. Close to town centre with views of Castle with the bonus of free parking. Wish we could have stayed longer but will see you next year 🏴❤️

Really authentic wholesome hospitality. Owners friendly, smart, helpful, obliging and always at hand. Location is as good as it gets.
