A superb place to stay, my family and I were made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived, our suite was great with the beds made up for the kids on our arrival. Plenty of tea and coffee available in the room with more available should you require it. Plenty of room for people not to be on top of one another and a snooker room to boot. The breakfast choice was excellent and nothing was too much trouble should you have specific requirements. Overall, a brilliant couple of days and somewhere we as a family will be visiting again. Superb.

Well what can I say. Everything was perfect definitely one of the best places I have stayed. It's definitely worth staying. Susan and Stuart are so friendly helpful nothing is too much trouble. Food breakfast is such good quality. We loved it that much we are going back in a couple of weeks

We enjoyed a most enjoyable three night stay in the luxury Hemingway Room. Ffarm Country House exceeded our expectations and the owners were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were excellent and set us up well for the days ahead exploring North Wales from this great location where many attractions within an easy drive.

It was one of the best experience we had on our 1 week holiday in wales. Very nice place, very thoughtful owners. Can say one thing, if you go there once, you will go back there again for sure.

Lovely bed and breakfast style hotel in an 18th century country house. Comfortable, well appointed rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Well-cooked Welsh breakfast made to order. There is also a three-quarter size snooker table for guests to use. It's a bit off the beaten track, but that just adds to the lovely atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay.

The Ffarm Country House is incredible. We stayed for two nights and I didn't want to leave. The owners (Susan and Stewart) are such warm, kind, friendly people. I love the back story of the house and how they came to aquire it. I could have spoken to them for hours about their adventures, given the chance. I loved the story behind each room. So much love, care and attention to detail was put into the room we stayed in (Borneo). The bed was huge and the bedding incredible. So comfortable and cosy. Towels were plentiful as were bathroom products including flannels, soaps and shower caps. The robe and slippers were an added bonus. The house itself is riddled with charm and character. I loved playing pool/snooker and sitting on the huge sofas in the lounge. The breakfast was the best I've ever tasted (including the best gluten free toast, butter and jam I've ever had). The two days I had here were just perfection and I will 100% be returning and I wholeheartedly recommend Ffarm Country House. What a 5 star experience. Thank you ❤️

Fabulous place to stay. Make sure you book evening meals while you're there too as you will not be disappointed with the high end, chef quality meals. Wish we had stayed longer. Attention to detail here makes it a truly lovely place to stay. Thoroughly recommended!

Wonderful! Cozy, comfortable, clean and tranquil country house. Huge bathroom with bathtube and shower. Living rooms for guests, beverages for sale and free parking. Hosts are also very kind. Highly recommend!
