Tudor Lodge

This place was an absolutely wonderful place to stay! We only stayed one night in the cottage but it was gorgeous and well equipped. Small kitchen but enough that you could cook yourself a meal if you wanted. I recommend it especially as a couple who wanted to stay a few days. There were a variety of food services, such as packed picnics or graze boxes to take out and about with you on your travels which I thought was a great. The gin selection has to be seen to be believed - I've never seen so many varieties in one place. The owners had no shortage of suggestions or resources to plan what to do in the local area. The breakfast set up was great, with an amazing selection of continental style options as well as hot food available. All in all I would happily stay here again!

We visited Tudor Lodge a week ago and enjoyed it immensely. We were welcomed by Steve, who even opened the door for us, seeing us approaching from the property car park, nice touch there!
Everything inside was spick-and-span, and I personally loved the breakfast provided.
Steve was extremely helpful with all the advice and info about activities nearby and tracks we could enjoy.

Well this must be the Best within miles. Breakfast was far better than the Port Merrion 4 Star Hotel. Never ran out of anything on the breakfast buffet area. Choices were better than London hotels. Quality was excellent. Sandwiches ordered during the day were again 5 Star. Afternoon tea was wonderful. Everything about this place is 5 Star plus. The family owners/operators are a total credit to the industry.

We had a great stay in the Tudors Lodge, it is quite big (14 rooms) but still family driven with very good service. Very professional run from Clair & Steve. We loved the breakfast with so many options. Keep it going!

Only stayed for one night as arranged. The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was excellent with a super selection of hot (cooked to order) and cold food. Added to all of that is the fact that the staff were very friendly and helpful. I very much hope to be back soon and for a longer stay.

very comfortable and clean. Everything you need is there. Nicely furnished and decorated. Breakfast was exceptional, such a wide variety of food. Owners were very friendly and helpful would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful small hotel in Porthmadog. Claire was extremely welcoming and could not be more helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was always clean and had everything I needed. The real highlight were the breakfasts which were some of the best I have had in hotels, so much variety and all delicious. I will certainly stay again when in that part of Wales.

Lovely and clean, owners very friendly. Breakfast gives so much choice and good. Right near town and also near to Welsh railway and portmerion for visiting. Excellent would recommend to everyone
