This is a great place to stay. It's seconds away from the town centre, but still nice and peaceful. The rooms are great, with tea and coffee making facilities (and biccies!). Our room wasn't en-suite, but the bathroom was literally two steps away across the hall. The owners are wonderfully helpful and friendly, and do a fantastic full English (which is included in the price).
If you want a reasonably-priced place to stay right in the middle of Aberystwyth, you can't do much better than this. Highly recommended.

Nice place to have a short stay. The service is ok and friendly. Price is fair and the premises nice an tidy. It is a pity that parking is disastrous and one bathroom for 9 rooms is a bit too less

Lovely B&B, stayed here as we were attending the local Steampunk Festival. The weekend happened to fall on the weekend of a really bad storm so took our time getting up here on the Saturday morning. I kept in contact with Jan prior to the Saturday to arrange our arrival time. Jan was welcoming, attentive and professional from the moment we met her. We loved the B&B and found the decor homely and welcoming. The facilties and amenities were excellent and had all we needed for our one night stay. The breakfast on Sunday morning was delicious. One of the best hotel breakfasts we've had. Cooked to order and using fresh ingredients. Thank you again Jan for making us feel at home and for our lovely chats. Can't wait to come back to Aberystwyth in the future and will be definately staying and this B&B again.

Really lovely room quiet and has all you need. tv bathroom storage tea and coffee cosy place. Short walk to town and beach and good value for money definitely would stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable one small criticism internet wasn't working so had an effect on TV but that could be the providers fault,really good for what you pay to stay really friendly young lady and helpful I would go there again for sure 😊
