I’ve eaten at Trefloyne twice in 3 months. On my first visit I had one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten. I dined with a mate after golf and it was awesome 5/5. A month later I took my wife for lunch, I had the burger this time and it was very poor. Dry tasteless, and without any sauce. The meat had been over cooked and was unseasoned. 3/5. The 3 was mainly for my wife’s meal. She really enjoyed hers.
They say you can go to the same place on two separate days, depending which side of the bed the chef got out on, will govern how your meal turns out. I think My meal was proof of this.
I’d definitely eat at Trefloyne again. Maybe I’d go at a busier time.

Made a last minute booking with my husband and grandson. Couldn't have been more delighted with our room/s. 'The Office' was a beautiful double room leading on to large bathroom with roll top bath which lead on to another room with bunk beds. Stunning view from our Juliette balcony.
Hotel was a tastefully converted Manor house with lots of character and cosy rooms to just chill and relax.
Cannot speak highly enough of all the staff (especially Julia) who were friendly, welcoming and a pleasure to be around. They were really busy but still went out of their way to help.
Food was absolutely delicious.
We've stayed in a fair few hotels but this is definitely one of the best. Can't wait to go back.

Had a fabulous weekend away here with my wife. The staff were friendly and attentive at all times and the room we stayed in was comfortable with great views. The restaurant is a large conservatory with plenty of space and the food was first class. Really enjoyed it (we are not golfers). I would highly recommend the hotel to explore not only Tenby but the whole of South and West Pembrokeshire.

We had a lovely holiday back at the end of June & was looking forward to going back there again at the end of August,to see about having our wedding there. After booking it up three weeks ago,we were informed last night that there was a double booking with a wedding & we would miss two days of our holiday. There was know offer of compensation. Seems to me & a lot of other people, that the wedding would make them a lot more money, than our holiday. It might be a nice place, but it is run very,we will not be staying there again
& will not be recommendeing to our friends. Very poor.unprofessionally

Recently attended a friend's Wedding here as a couple. Perfect setting for a Wedding. Grounds very well maintained and the food was great! The Wedding was perfect and I couldn't fault how smoothly it ran.
We stayed in The Byre, room was clean and spacious. Water, tea and coffee facilities were provided, but for the price of the room, it would have been nice if there had also been biscuits! Also the WiFi did not work in the room. The room would also benefit from a full length mirror! Not sure that you really need notices up about removing toiletries!

Went for a round of golf . Lovely course with some great holes - especially the par 3 12th! Then had a lovely lunch! Not the easiest place to find but well worth the effort!
