The staff were very rude and didn't provide good customer service, there was various issues with booking rooms and a huge mix up which was not solved the attitude and respect from staff and management was discraceful. Also facilities for young children was not available. Bed sheet was dirty with hair on .
Most filthy bed and breakfast I have experienced.

It was ok to crash overnight room was clean tv to watch staff was friendly but preoccupied with socialising family get together asked to go Tesco for my breakfast as she couldn't be bothered cooking on checkout nobody about rang phone number and just ended leaving a msg and leaving keys in a cupboard won't be returning but room was cosey and comfy so giving 3 out of 5

Friendly staff. .. gorgeous food. 2 adults and two children .... not a scrap left on anyone's plate. 2 for one on adults meals. We will be returning tonight as we are here for a couple if days on holiday a+++++

This so called hotel is awful. We had to ask for soap, loo roll and even light bulbs when we arrived. The carpet was disgusting, old and threadbare. Some of the furniture only just held together, bare plasterboard walls, the curtains were hardly held on the rail, there was a very plush walk in shower, but if you used it the floor never dried. The push button on the loo was missing! We never once had any housekeeping, bins never emptied, no cleaning or fresh towels. There was a kettle which worked, the microwave had not been electrically tested since 2015 and the small fridge had wooden shelves. The only good thing was we spent little time there, but the one star was the bed, very comfortable.

Friendly, clean, comfy even if a little worn in decor. We enjoyed staying here n will come again x

Bed clean, clean towels, in need of some tlc. No lock bathroom door,sink loose on wall , all needs decorating. Good basic room

The Host was so helpful, friendly and always time to chat. Towels, bedding and room where great. Nice and clean all round.

It's a simple place, but the treatment given is perfect, without any complaints. The room was very clean.
