We booked the house for a week, they were great really looked after us and told us all the best local tourist places. Also had there Shetland pony in the garden which my dogs loved.

We stayed as a cottage hire, rather than a B&B. Nothing was too much trouble. Towelling, toiletries, tea, coffee, sugar, bottled water, tea towels, washing up liquid etc was all provided which was a lovely, unexpected surprise.

The cottage was clean, tidy, private and well presented. It is quirky and has character

It is located in an almost central location in Wales, and out of the way of the general public and tourists. Because of this, it does/can take you longer to travel to places of interest, however this was a big bonus to us, when we wanted to be unsociable, we could be. There is a Tesco and Aldi are 10/15 min away as well as the local village

Stunning views around

Second year running we have taken the family and dogs here for a weeks stay, Ian is so friendly, and helpful but at the same time you have your own cottage for the week without feeling watched over. Definately return and recommend.

Such a homely feel. Excellent facilities. The bathrooms have just been done. Wonderful owners who went out of the way to welcome us. Even offering to dog sit, and have adapted to covid rules in a very reassuring but not over the top way. The house does not have a lot of natural light in the living room and the kitchen is a little small (especially when cooking for the houses full compliment) but to be honest we did not find ourselves inside much during the day as the outside space is lovely and this part of the country is so pretty. Also the large dining room has plenty of natural light if you were staying in. Definitely great value for money.

A lovely well equipped homely cottage, very good base for exploring other parts of Wales, shops just 5 minutes away, ideal for dog owners, we will definitely return.
