Lovely room, quiet+ overlooking the garden. Great location as the walk to The Watermill only takes about 20 mins. Not far from Newton or Ogmore beaches. Friendly + helpful staff only drawback for us was no vegetarian sausages as an alternative for breakfast however Howard cooked us smashing tomatoes, mushrooms + eggs. Couldnt resist a go on the zip wire either not bad for two old codgers nearly 70 + above

A lovely host and a beautiful property. Freshly cooked breakfast each morning (served with a smile)..... What more can you ask for. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

I cannot recommend the Ewenny Farm Guest House highly enough. Fabulous location, hotel quality rooms, extremely good value and efficiently run. A one night stay in order to attend a funeral, Howard was an amiable host. A full breakfast was included in the very reasonable price and was excellent. Importantly for me, good gluten-free options were available and there was even a choice of gluten-free bread. Convenient and safe parking. The room and facilities were high end considering the price and wouldn't be amiss in a quality hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this superb B&B again.

Stayed here for one night. Howard was extremely helpful and even booked my taxi for the following day. If you have any disabilities I would not recommend staying here as the stairs to the bedrooms are fairly steep, and there isn’t a ramp. The room was a good size and clean. I’m shocked by some of the other reviews as I didn’t experience any hostility from Howard despite oversleeping and not getting to breakfast on time. The guest house is set in lovely grounds and isn’t too far away from the train station.

Guest house was lovely, owners were very welcoming, I put a request through that they make the room a little special as it was an anniversary with my partner, and they went above and beyond to facilitate it. Breakfast was also very nice. Highly recommend and would visit again if needed to stay in the area

Booked this for an overnight stay in advance. We were coming in from London and the car broke down on one of the busiest, hottest days. Contacted Howard on the Bookings.com app to let him know we would be late. He took hours to respond. He then called after 8pm and said that if we were thinking of coming after 9pm to "forget it". He was rude, abrupt and said "rules are rules". No compassion whatsoever. We were still charged £88 and had to turn the car around and return home. I'm writing this to say, if you want to get away and feel the warmth of hospitality to escape the coldness of the city - this place is not the one. There are many great, hospitable places in the area. Howard appears to use this tactic a LOT and its so wrong, but he gets his money and that's clearly most important for him. Shame on you.
